It’s about you!

I take the time to listen and understand what is important to you, and why you came to me for help. My goal is to help you find balance in the physical, nutritional, and emotional aspects of your life. I want you to be the healthiest you can be!

Every session is uniquely structured to meet what your needs are at that particular time. The modalities that I use are able to help you therapeutically address issues of that cause your body and mind tension and stress. I want you to get results and be the best you can be.

The first session is typically 90 minutes long and follow-ups are often 60 minutes. This longer first session provides us ample time to discuss your problems, questions and goals. During this time I will talk with you about things you can do to improve your health and lessen your discomfort, including simple exercises or stretches or changes in posture, sleep, and diet. Then we will put you on the table and do approximately 60 minutes of bodywork.

People get the best results when they work with me for a minimum of three sessions. Within three sessions both of us should have a good sense if we are on the right track. Within three sessions you should notice a difference. I will have a sense if we are making progress or if we need to change our treatment approach. Or if referring you to another therapist would be a better route to go.

I believe in your body’s innate ability to heal itself and believe in using methods that support you in healing yourself. My goal is to provide you with tools of support to allow your body to heal, with as little discomfort as possible, and teach you how to regain balance and good health.

It is for this reason that my clients come to me and get results when they have had a difficult time finding relief and healing elsewhere.
